After you hit a golf ball, you can tell a lot about your golf swing by watching which way the golf ball tracks and curves or turns.
If the golf ball curves eighter to the right or to the left, that is often a function of our grip.
If the golf ball goes straight right or straight left without curving, that is a function of our posture.
If you press your thumb and forefinger together in both hands and grip the golf club, the line that is formed between your thumbs and forefingers should both be at or nearly parallel to each other and pointing toward or nearly toward your right shoulder and you should be able to see the 2 primary knuckles at the top of your fist on your left hand.
Your posture should be very athletic like when you receive a serve in tennis or get ready to catch a ball as a short stop in baseball or throw a ball as a quarterback in football. Maintain your ballance through the swing.
