If your takeaway brings the golf club inside the target line too quickly, on the downswing, your body will compensate by bringing the golf club back to impact front the outside which will usually create a slice. In this golf instruction video lesson, you learn to place a second golf ball on your target line about 2 feet behind the golf ball you are hitting. During your backswing, take the golf club straight back to knock the second ball out of the way. This will keep your arms farther away from your body on the backswing keeping the needed width which will allow you to bring the club straight back initially from the inside into the target line on the downswing.

Our New Trouble Shots DVD will have you successfully hitting golf’s toughest shots with confidence!
