Getting a golf ball to draw requires the clubface to be closed at impact or just beginning to close at impact. There are a couple of ways to accomplish hitting a draw.
A couple of keys to remember. Tension in the swing contributes to hitting a slice so you want to remain relaxed. If you are using a flatter swing as described below, move the ball back in your stance to improve ball contact at impact. Swinging the club back outside initially also makes it easier to swing from the inside to outside on the downswing.
Small draw
To get the ball to draw less, you can address the ball with a square clubface and swing the club inside to outside and feel your forearms turning over at impact closing the clubface. Closing your stance by sliding your back foot backward about 6 inches will help you swing inside to outside. Also having a flatter swing (less upright) makes it easier to swing inside to outside.
Medium Draw to Hook
To get more of a draw, you can close the clubface at address and point the clubface where you want the ball to end up while your body line points in the direction where you want the ball to go initially before it starts turning and then just swing parallel to your body line and because the clubface is closed, it will impart sidespin to the ball which will cause the ball to turn toward the target where the cluface was pointing at address.
Major Hook
Combine both techniques above.
