Hooking a golf ball around a tree requires just a few simple setup changes.
1. Aim the clubface where you want the golf ball to go.
2. Aim your body and swing path to the right side of your target to where you need the golf ball to go initially after you hit it to clear the tree.
3. Roll your hands and golf club over on the followthrough.
Initially the golf balls momentum will carry the ball straight down your body line to the right of the target but the sidespin created at impact will cause the golf ball to turn to the left back toward your target.
