Here are the things an amateur does that you “should not” do when hitting an upslope shot.
1. Use the same club. It gives too much loft.
2. Keep the golf ball position in the same place. It’s too far forward.
3. Keep thier shoulders in the normal position. It points their shoulders “into” the hill rather then up the hill.

What you should do is this:
1. Typically add one more club because it has less loft and will hit farther maintaining the yardage you need.
2. Place the ball a little farther back in the center of your stance.
3. Tilt your shoulders so they are more parallel to the angle of the upslope.
4. Swing with the angle of the hill making sure to finish your follow through completely.
