Know how many yards it is to clear hazards, to the back of the green, to the pin and generally which area best avoids major hazards and shoot for the largest landing area and then take your chances with a 2 putt. It’s better to play safe in this situation than go for tight pins that sucker you into hitting into a hazard or bad landing areas with deep rough. Shoot for the fat of the green.
