Craig illustrates how to correctly hit a downhill chip shot in this golf instruction tip.
Use a highly lofted club like a 56 degree or higher sandwedge or lobwedge. Put the golf ball forward in your stance just off your big toe and put your hands just in front of the golf ball. Keep your weight on the front foot from start to finish and then swing through the ball allowing the loft to throw the ball high into the air and down softly.
